MapInfo Raster Handler for ERDAS Imagine software program provides MapInfo Professional the ability to open and display raster images in the ERDAS IMAGINE format.

By installing this program in the same directory as the MapInfo Professional, the user will be able to use the Raster Handler right away. Any ERDAS IMAGINE raster image that has been registered as a MapInfo table may be opened.

In addition, this application can open unregistered . IMG raster files. There are additional utilities including the img2tab that creates *. TAB file for each *.

IMG file in batch mode. The MapInfo Table is automatically created and then can be used to open the geo-referenced raster image. The MapInfo Raster Handler for ERDAS Imagine software program is compatible with the Windows operating systems including Wiindows Windows 98, Windows XP and Windows NT.
